Report a Safety Issue

If you believe another user is harassing, pressuring, threatening, exploiting, or otherwise making you feel unsafe, use the in-app report tools when available. In chat, press and hold the message you want to report so the report can attach the relevant message context.

For urgent danger, contact local emergency services. STOPPorn is not an emergency service or crisis hotline.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from Account Settings in the STOPPorn app when signed in. Account deletion may remove or de-identify account information, subject to information STOPPorn may retain where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal, reporting, moderation, dispute, or operational purposes.

Login and Account Help

If you are having trouble signing in, use the password reset or one-time sign-in options available on the login screen. If you believe your account email, password, or phone number has been changed without permission, contact support.

Tutorial Help

If the home screen tutorial keeps replaying, check whether Replay Tutorial was started from Account Settings. When replay mode is active, completing or ending the tutorial should stop the replay flow.
